Kolbi presenta su nueva app con la cual tendrá al alcance de un botón los servicios de asistencia que lo ayudarán en sus emergencias 24 horas. Además podrá revisar el status de su solicitud mediante el botón de chat o descargar las condiciones generales del programa de asistencias.
Esta app es una forma adicional para solicitar los servicios en sus emergencias ya que también lo puede realizar llamando directamente al número telefónico del programa.
Mediante la app usted podrá mantener un chat con la persona que lo asiste en todo momento.
