With the Relax Check-In function, you can conveniently check in yourself and collect Westpoints for doing so. You can then use these points for drinks and meals, additional tickets or upgrades.

We're excited to introduce West Buddy – your personal travel companion on board Westbahn trains!
West Buddy keeps you informed throughout your entire journey with real-time train data, station updates, and everything you need for a relaxed trip.
West Buddy guides you through every phase of your journey:
• Departure – Stay up to date on platform and departure changes, quickly find the right boarding car, and easily check in to your seat
• On the way – Track your train's progress in real time, including current position, upcoming stops, and delay information
• Arrival – Journey summary with local city info and a departure board for your onward connections
West Buddy isn't just for registered users, guests can access it directly via the onboard WiFi portal, no login required.
This update also includes improvements to the ticket booking process, along with various bug fixes and performance enhancements.
