Syncro is your all-in-one platform for managing your managed services or similar business. Our (Lite) app enables you to work on tickets and invoices and more from the field.
Quickly look up any of your open invoices, select a payment method, and take payment.
You can use this as a field technician now too - one-tap "check-in" and "check-out" of a field job, upload attachments, and track time spent on tasks with ease.
This app is free to use for all Syncro users.

All of the same functionality from the web has been brought to mobile as well, including:
• Chat assignment
• Technician-initiated chats
• New chat notifications
• Archiving chats
• Full chat history
We've also got a new addition from our Community-Driven Development Track:
• Contact searching has been added into the search all things functionality
• You can now have employees clock in and out from the mobile app
Finally, we have a few changes and bug fixes:
• All push notifications should now navigate directly to the applicable record
• The phone number fields on Customer records are no longer behind a "Contact Info" button, and are now displayed at all times
