E.g.: • List of past guests per room • List of future guests per room Administration of bookings: • Enter booking data • Calculate rates for accommodation, additional services and supplementary costs on the basis of the data entered • Create the guest invoice on the basis of the data entered without guarantee for the arithmetical and fiscal correctness and recognition by the tax authorities. You must check the calculations you have made and correct them if necessary. • Export the guest invoice as PDF. Insert it into a standard mail with the possibility to send this mail to the guest via the email program of the end device.
