Purchases includes an in app service charge that was not articulated. On top of this the app also increases prices by approximately 20% compared to in restaurant prices. This value is only included after the purchase is completed. Using this app to order food is redundant and customers should just default to other apps for delivery purchases, or calling ahead for the order to circumvent the service charge. Total price of meal ~70 dollars on app(with 10% off code). Over the phone meal would have been ~50 dollars.

I order from a restaurant frequently that uses this platform so I downloaded the app. It's almost identical to their website, but harder to navigate and there's no extra utility or upside to using the app.

We ordered food today through this app and the second dish was not delivered at all , we paid tip and the job was not done

Not sure why, but the app likes to add numerous restaurants that are 300-600 miles away from my location; even though I’ve never ordered from them. Perhaps those restaurants paid “FromTheRestaurants” to be on my list. Being unable to delete or manage that list., I’ve removed the app from my iPhone and added it back only to have more “mystery“ restaurants appear again. Bottom line; I’m not impressed.

Count your food when you pick it up. They may be mathematically challenged. Did not figure it out until I got home.

Please order directly from restaurants, they charged my card and then the restaurant had no record of my order and I had to place it again in person, paying twice. The restaurant will not refund me because they never received the order. This app is a scam.

I placed an order from a local restaurant and the delivery time was indicated as 40 to 45 minutes. It is now two hours later and the restaurant keeps pushing back the delivery time. There is no way to contact anyone for this service. As far as help, they indicate call the restaurant. Unfortunately, this restaurant has their phone turned off.

Wonderful authentic food. The seafood was yummo! Would recommend.

Yesterday I ordered something off the app that was not even something they cook…..so I called to figure out could I get my refund and they were clueless still haven’t got my money back and highly upset wouldn’t recommend.

I found this app through a nearby restaurant’s website and placed an order. It allowed me to pay through ApplePay. When I went to pick it up they told me they don’t use this app. I called the phone number listed on this app’s listed website and it directed to a company called Fox Ordering which told me it was also not affiliated with this app.

Went to pick up my order and restaurant said they haven’t even receive it… Thankfully they fulfilled it once I showed the receipt. Update; now it’s refunded my money?? I feel bad for the restaurant so I’ll be going back tomorrow to pay for it and make sure they’re aware about this issue. This is a terrible app 🚮

Order from a restaurant then received a email offering a 10 percent discount if I would again. Tried to use the link provided through the email and it says currently unavailable, total scam.

I ordered one time from a restaurant using this app. The restaurant claimed they were too busy to fulfill our order and said they canceled it and we would get a refund. While we still got charged $4.25 for a ‘service fee’ for food we never received. Don’t use this app.

They mark the food up at least 50% more than if you ordered it through door dash or just called the restaurant. $3.49 tacos become $5.49 which is insane. $16 burger, now $25. They seemed to have scammed the Mexican restaurants near me to list them as their “preferred method” of ordering which I don’t see how that could be. Plus, the app was missing many things off the menu.

I highly recommend The Hideout if you’re downtown or the Courthouse. Everything is made fresh and cooked to order.

CALL RESTAURANT DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS SERVICE. Ordered food online. Was charged $13 through app. The restaurant showed me their end which totaled only $9. Absolutely a scam, have just reported to better business bureau

This is the second time using the app for Mexico Lindo and this is the second time my order is wrong!! I’m not sure if it’s the app or the restaurant

Convenient app but just like the others, the fees are out of control.

There’s no way to edit my preferred restaurants. It shows restaurants from all over the country and I can’t find any way to delete that. Menus are cumbersome; lots of scrolling.

Card info got stolen right after I ordered my food. Got a alert from my bank

The app listed the restaurant, and I went to pick up my food, but the restaurant had no idea about the order. I lost money and didn’t get anything.

I ordered through this company for delivery as it was recommended by the restaurant that I was ordering from. I paid including a 25% tip for delivery. The order was made with the restaurant and the food sat there until I finally called them and found out that there was no pick up. The app is not navigable to find out any information about your order or contact the company in any way. It was a scam… The food ended up being thrown away. At least the restaurant was paid for preparing the food, but the company got their cut and a tip for nothing.

I used this app just recently for food delivery and the delivery driver did not include the drink for $5.14, there is NO WHERE to report an undelivered food item within the app, unlike Uber Eats and DoorDash. So I’m just supposed to be ok with paying for a drink I never received? I also tipped the driver, won’t be using this app again since if I don’t receive the correct order, I’m just losing money.

I made a order through the app and left a tip for the restaurant. When I got my receipt at the restaurant it said I didn’t leave a tip! Who is getting the tip money?! Might as well call the restaurant and other through them instead!!

No matter what we’ve tried , it’s always really, really good, the Birria tacos especially. Definitely recommended!!

This place is a hidden gem ! Great food and friendly service and the prices are right on I’ve dined in and ordered pick up , always fantastic!!!

They use door dash but it’s not through the door dash app and if they forget something you can’t say in the app they missed an order and no way to get a refund I ended up just going to the restaurant and picking up what they missed
