Adding new SMS services provider for more reliable code delivery for app verification
Description
* Press 114 to report Fire & Explosion, Accidents for rescue.
* Press 113 to report violations on Security, Robbery and other violations.
* Press 115 to report medical emergency, traffic accidents.
You can call to each number above via Phone calls, Video calls, send Images and Chat directly with the competent authority.
- Press Report to report un-urgent cases with images and information to competent authority. You can take photos while making Report or choose available pictures from your phones.
- You will receive Incident Alarms, News on Fire & Explosion; Accidents, Security as well as Skills on Fire prevention & Rescue and Criminal Prevention.
- SOS to Relatives: enter 1 - 3 phone numbers of your Relatives in Settings of the app. Click this button to call for help. The phone will automatically dial and sends a message with location link to your Relatives.

Help 114 app is the product of the scientific research project "Research and application of Positioning and Live Stream technology for fire command and rescue of Ho Chi Minh City Fire Police". HCMC Fire and Rescue Police (114) encourages people to install and trial use the app a few times after installation, even making calls to competent authorities via app to know well how to use the app in in emergency situations as well as know how to use other features of the app.
