Download the RISE Fitness and Wellness app to plan and schedule all of your favorite classes. From the app, you can view class schedules, sign-up for classes, buy class packages and other items, learn about our RISE instructors and even access the RISE website. All new client packages must be bought by emailing info@risefitandwell.com.
