Description

The size?launches app gives you a fair chance of getting your hands on the most coveted releases each and every week. And the best part is it’s really easy to enter. To get yourself in the running, simply: • Download our ‘size?launches’ app. • Log in with your existing size? account (don’t have one? Sign up on the app) • Select the launch product you’re after. • Select your size. • Confirm those payment details. • Submit your entry. And that’s it – we told you it was easy! Once the draw has finished, we will swiftly inform you of the result – win or lose. If you’re one of the lucky ones, we will take care of the rest. This includes processing your order and endeavoring to get your product sent to your chosen address on the very same day – which is always nice. It’s also worth noting that we pre-authorise your card details & subsequently hold the money until after the draw closes. If you’re successful, your payment will be taken at the close of the draw. If you’re unsuccessful, your funds will be returned into your account within 3 to 5 days. If you’re wondering why we do this, it’s to make the transaction process much smoother and quicker on launch day.

Update: Still not allowing raffle entries for USA customers. Customer service did reach out and acknowledge the issue but they “don’t know” if or when the issue will be resolved. Original review on November 16th 2022: I have been using size?launches for about 3 years now and when the process works, it’s a good app. When it doesn’t, the customer service is downright terrible. You will NEVER communicate with the same person twice. They NEVER seem to be able to reference notes about previous conversations and you will get an apology about issues, but they will NOT fix them in a timely fashion,

Size? Access Plus is Broken on iOS16
After updating to iOS 16 my access+ account is no longer working. It won’t let me enter using my size+ and my membership is no longer showing up under my account. Even when I try to re-enable the access account it throws an error. It took me years to rack up 5 wins and now the account is a normal account with a single entry instead of my usual 5 entries. Sad

terrible app and service. It takes 15 attempts to register for the raffle. then they hold the money from the debit account for a week. after that, the order of the won raffle is cancelled. Promise to fix everything. but you don't do anything.

Did not honor raffle win
Entered a raffle for a new balance shoe release and got the notification that I had one and it still shows that I won on the app. About 5 minutes after receiving my order number I get an email that my order has been cancelled. I don’t see how you can raffle out more than what’s in stock. Very unprofessional and will not be using the app anymore.

Raffle Rip-Off
Join sign up for any of their raffles. They don’t tell you that they’ll take the money out of your account until you’ve already entered the raffle. There’s no way to cancel and when you lose the raffle it takes up 10 business days to get a refund. With all of the raffles Size is holding over $1000 of mine. I will never enter a raffle with this company again

Damaged sneaker box

Cant speak for others but I’ve won a few shoes on the app. More than I won on END and SNS combined. Only gripe is that as mentioned by another user, the shoes don’t get shipped in a box, just a plastic with your shipping label. So sometimes the box can get damaged. Other than that, I like using the app.
