Board Games of Two: 2 Player

This game would be so much more legitimate if there wasn't an AD, before during and after a game! literally, that's the only problem. The games play fine unless you accidentally tap on an AD because they position it for you to do so. It's just that ADs are ridiculous. Honestly, to see ADs in an offline game is ridiculous. They have no multiplayer server to maintain or anything that would make an AD reasonable for subscription-less use. There's plenty of AD-less versions of the same game bundle and if you're the kinda person who hates AD's like me, You'll pass on this one.

Game is fine to play on if it weren’t for the ad after every time around ends, it would be great. Also, the man called the game has an ad right across the bottom banner that you can’t click on onto to move it, so ultimately you don’t know what scores are

I’ve played this game a lot. There aren’t many good games out there. But when you’re playing backgammon and you’ve made every move correctly and trapped 4 of the CPU pieces in your kitchen and then when they can finally get out they roll double 6 out of 7 times with 4 of the 6 being #5 or #6 so that the cpu can win you know this game is rigged. It’s like the makers aren’t smart enough to make a cpu that rolls randomly for everyone like real dice do so they make it where one side has the advantage in each game. Although there’s a ton of ads in this game but it’s a small price to pay to keep a game free. However if you gonna have ads the least you can do is make sure they don’t effect game play. I like to play mancala with my mom when I visit her and when playing two players there’s an uncloseable ad that completely covers the other players score and whatever else is under there. It’s pretty frustrating and affects how we play sometimes. I understand the devs need their money, I just wish the ads were more thoughtfully placed

I have a problem with a couple of the games. In the official rules of checkers, you must jump your opponent when you are faced with that possibility. In this game it is optional. Unfortunately, there’s no way to change it so that it works correctly! Dots and Boxes is worse. If you don’t move with in a certain timeframe, then the game moves for you! This happens when you’re playing another opponent. I don’t know what the behavior is when you’re playing the computer. The most annoying thing about the game moving for you is that it chooses the best move! Therefore, you’re rewarded for not movin

I’ve only played one game so far: dots in a box. The bot moves so fast that I can’t see what’s going on and it’s nearly impossible to win even on easy mode because of the speed of the bots. The bots moves take less than a second so I have to look really hard to see what changed on the board. Please slow it down and highlight the bot’s last move so it can be easily seen. Update: medium difficulty is very difficult, like playing an expert/championship player. I’d hate to see what it’s like to play the hard level. I got this looking for some basic board games to play offline with family and friends. On the main screen I paid for no ads. But every game in the set has a big button to pay for no ads. If I’ve already paid these show go away or deactivate. Also, the games when done don’t show the final score, instead they show you how many stars you’ve earned towards unlocking othef features. And every board game has a store option for you to buy more stars to unlock other pretty simple looking features. If this thing stopped trying to trick me into buying more unlock options it would be a 5-star rating.

I particularly wanted to kill time with mancala, but every game ends with disappointment because it blurs the board and doesn’t tell you who won. What a waste. Also crashes on every ad. I don’t want to challenge other players or compete. I just want to pass time and play a game or two

If you’re learning or a novice, these games are fun. If you’re an advanced player, just know that there are going to be a lot of “coincidences” that often lead to your loss. The biggest example is in backgammon, where if you win two games in a row against the AI, you will get crushed in the third game. If you leave two blots, the AI is gonna roll and deliver two hits - almost guaranteed.

This game could use a little more work, but I find it to be fun and actually challenging. For Mancala I would like to see the end score that is blurred, the adds are a little annoying, but avoidable. And the music is not the best… I have recommended the game to a few friends. Overall I like the setup, settings, and challenge this game provides.

There’s an ad at the end of every round. There’s an ad if you click a game and back out of it. I understand free games need ads to keep the game free, but why do they put one at every conceivable moment? Even thought it takes more action per ad than just watching it, closing the app and restarting it is faster. If they reduced the amount of about a 3rd this app would significantly more enjoyable to use.

I love this game so much it’s good for when your board or just want something to do my one complaint is I don’t like adds but there’s only a few:)

Way too many adds unless you pay the $4.99 remove adds option. I don’t need to see a video of another game every few seconds. Yes, every few seconds! It’s a definite negative in advertising. I know how to use the search option of my app to view other games. Wish I had been given the opportunity to enjoy these old board games without all the interruptions.

Anytime you get done playing a game, or opening the app, you have to go through a series of 3-5 ads that you can’t skip through. Most are timed so you have no choice but to sit through it. Some ads take longer than the game you play. I’m probably going to delete and find another version that doesn’t do that.

This is an awesome game app I use it all the time! However the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because there’s an add after every game you play:( Even a short game of tick tax toe will buy you a 30 second add. Although there are some longer games so some of the adds I’m okay with. Other than that I love this app.

Yes, I enjoyed playing the games on this app, but after every single round you play weather you press new game or not you get an ad, and I mean every single time. It gets to a point where its overwhelming. If you can deal with all of the ads I do believe that you will have a good time playing this because like I said it has some fun games on it.

This game is fun! You could play on airplane mode, and adds won’t irritate you. Play as long you want with no add interruptions. Love playing checker btw, so fun! Would consider downloading this game. If you travel a lot, and have no single.

I really enjoy playing Mancala. However, there’s a glitch when you select the game settings. The play button is covered with an ad. Even after you click on the ad and you go back to the game, the play button is covered. It only does this about 20% of the time.

The first star is that I wanted this app because of the games that you can play. The second star is of having this app made by someone cause if you didn’t make this app in the first place then no one get to play multiple games on one app. The third star is that checkers is always better than chess because I always lose and I try and try and try and try and try and I lose and I’m really really really glad you didn’t put chess on there. I like the look of the game boards and it works well but it doesn’t give you an overall score. I download this app to try to get better at these games but I don’t know if I’m getting better if I can’t see the end score. Otherwise great app.

Mancala doesn’t say who won which I hate esp since it’s different rules than I used to play so I’m relearning that too. I like the options to go back and learn in checkers and also the highlight help option in mancala. Obviously ads are too annoying at times I just stop.

I like that it has a hand full of games and that you can choose the difficulty of each game

The backgammon AI will roll the perfect combination 9/10 times to escape the bar or to capture my pieces. Even when there’s only one slot for the AI to use to escape. If the one slot is empty, it’s about 50/50 if the AI will roll to it, unless there’s a way for the AI’s second dice number to capture a piece or if I have one piece placed in the one slot for the AI’s escape, then 9/10 times the AI will get the perfect roll. Usually games where the AI doubles the game to 64, it gets perfect rolls the whole game. If the rolls were actually random, I’d give the game 5 stars.

I love this game, it’s a really nice app. My only complaint is that on the dots and boxes I try to put it one way but it doesn’t do what I want and goes the other way, which is sometimes annoying. Other than that it’s a good game. 🥳 so happy I was able to find this

My husband and I love playing this app together but lately it has been crashing and won't let us play. Please fix.

I just wish that after a mancala game it would tell you the score. It only tells you if you won. It would be great if we could see the score. Also can u make the computer go slower in making its moves? On connects the dots, sometimes I can’t even see where they moved

I love the choice of games on this app and I play mancala a lot but it is very frustrating at the end of the game to not see who won. The score is faded out with the box over it to show coins and points. Please make it possible to see ending score so we know who actually won by highest score. I play with my granddaughter often but we never can tell who won at the end of the game. PLEASE FIX THIS otherwise it is no competition!!!

Way too many ads for such short games, and they don’t give enough time, or any for that matter, to see the final scores of any game.
