It's quick and easy to share files with colleagues and partners - both within and outside the organization. Share files with one click and receiver are then given a temporary link to the file - not the file itself. This reduces the load on the mail server and bandwidth. Safety is further enhanced by the inherent limitation in the link to the file being shared. The system makes automatic link inactive after the timeout period.
