PHOTO GALLERY FOR DRIVE
eclipso Drive has an entirely new gallery view. Photos and videos are automatically displayed in a clear grid with thumbnail previews. A tap opens the full-screen viewer with pinch-to-zoom, horizontal swiping for navigation and swipe-down-to-close. Videos play directly in the app - supported formats inline, others via the native player. From the gallery you can share files, send them directly as email attachments and delete them. Multi-select allows sharing or deleting multiple files at once. Sorting by date, name or size is also integrated.
BIOMETRIC LOGIN
Touch ID and Face ID are now supported as a login method. After a one-time setup in settings, a fingerprint or glance is all it takes to unlock the app. Biometric authentication uses only the device's Secure Enclave - your password never leaves the device.
ONE-TAP NEWSLETTER UNSUBSCRIBE
Many newsletters support RFC 8058 direct unsubscription (List-Unsubscribe header). For these emails, an "Unsubscribe" button appears directly in the reading view - no detour through the browser or manual searching for the unsubscribe link. One tap is all it takes.
LOGIN IMPROVEMENTS
The login form now automatically scrolls up when the on-screen keyboard appears, keeping the input fields always visible. Passwords can be revealed using the eye icon to the right of the password field.

PLAN OVERVIEW
Which plan is right for me? This question can now be answered directly in the app. The new "Upgrade" section displays all available plans - Connect, Premium and Business - clearly side by side. Storage space, email addresses, protocols, encryption, Drive storage, organiser and other features can be compared at a glance. One tap on "Order" leads directly to the order page. No subscription, no automatically recurring payment - payment in advance for the chosen period.
ACCOUNT INFO PAGE
The account info page now shows structured information: email address, plan name and customer number at a glance. New: a visual storage bar with separate display of email storage and Drive storage. Overages are highlighted in colour so you can immediately see when you need to upgrade your storage.
STORAGE WARNING
When your email storage is almost full (from 98 % usage), an automatic notice appears with a direct link to the upgrade page. This way, no incoming emails are silently rejected. The notice appears at most once every 24 hours.
TEXT MODE FOR EMAILS
In settings, you can now globally choose whether HTML emails are displayed as formatted HTML or as plain text by default. The setting applies to all emails and is saved permanently. The manual toggle in the email reading view is retained and overrides the global setting for the currently open email.

The calendar is now available directly on your phone – no browser, no separate app. Month view with day details, create, edit and delete appointments. Calendar groups with individual colours for work, personal or family. Recurring appointments daily, weekly, monthly and yearly – with flexible end options. Reminders via push notification or email, with freely configurable lead time.
ICAL IMPORT
Import iCal (ICS) meeting invitations from email attachments directly into the calendar. The app recognises ICS files automatically. Target group selectable, duplicate detection included.
ICAL EXPORT
Share your own appointments as iCal files (ICS) by email – compatible with all common calendar applications.
The calendar is included in the Connect, Premium and Business plans.
