Time Off The mobile app simplifies the process for employees to request time off and keep track of their time-off balances. Managers can review the details of their employees' time-off requests before approving or rejecting them. Timesheets Employees can fill out timesheets and submit them for approval. The mobile app streamlines the process for managers to review and make edits to the entries on the go. Team Time Off Calendar It gives a clear view of who’s currently out and who has time off coming up, which makes it easy for managers to properly distribute work among the team members. Shift Scheduling The Shift Scheduling feature helps employees manage their work schedules while on the move. Performance Reviews Users can access all their performance reviews, including current, overdue, and completed ones. Whether you are a reviewer, manager, or peer, you can conveniently view the reviews that require your feedback and complete them on the go. Goals Easily create new goals and add KPIs or metrics . You can view all the goals assigned to you and update the Goal and KPI/metric details. COVID Submit your vaccination status and COVID test details within a few clicks. These details will be added to your personal record.
