The Eyefinity EHR iPhone app complements the Eyefinity EHR iPad app by giving you secure access to your most vital patient information while on the go.
• View your agenda at a glance.
• Access your patient data, including clipboard, visits, chart notes, and more.
• Read, write, reply to, and forward intramail messages.
• Prescribe and refill medications on the go.
Please note that use of Eyefinity EHR requires subscription to a web application service, available from Eyefinity.
