Description
Use MAProgress to track your trips and share your travels live with family and friends.
The App. records your GPS location as often as you choose, turning the GPS on only when required. Your locations are uploaded to the MAProgress server so family and friends can follow you on an online map in real time!
Add messages to the map to record items of interest
Take photos which add to the map to show everyone how much fun you're having. It's an online photo album and a permanent record of your travels that you can look back on and/or share with others

You won't see much difference visually, but under the hood, it's a totally different beast:
- Data storage has been changed to store in an SQLite database instead of local storage and queues etc.
- Syncing is now in real-time, from the database and periodically if there are items still to upload but no internet connection
- Everything is a whole lot more efficient and more robust
- There are new permissions checks to make sure that when you start tracking, everything is working.
- There have been many bug fixes, we've taken everything in-house and rebuilt the back-end
- We now collect the battery level and send this with each location
