What's new: • New Language Support • AteMate now supports Korean, Japanese, German, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Russian. Combined with Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Thai, and Hungarian added in our last release, AteMate is now available in 12 languages. The app will display in your device's preferred language automatically, or you can choose your preferred language in Settings. We've done our best to make the translations feel natural, but language is personal. That’s why it’s an opt-in feature. You can continue using the app just as before, even if you choose not to enable AteMate. Plus, you can disable it anytime if you decide it’s not for you. Check out all the cool charts we added to help you discover your eating patterns, track your workout consistency, and a bunch more to help you on your journey. For example, with our new Days Tracked calendar view you can make sure you are consistent in tracking your food, movement, and other activities. (Tracking everyday will give you the best results. However, that doesn't mean you should do everything every day. For example when it comes to movement, make sure you include some rest days to allow your body and mind to recover.) Curious how your habits are spread out throughout the day (and on different days of the week)? Check out our new Time of Day activity graph that looks at the past 30 days to help you visualize when you are the most active. Any outliers? I found a few on my graph.
