**DO NOT USE THIS UPDATE, BACKGROUND AUDIO WILL NOT WORK** - Some internal library changes and addition of assets for Keefer Tested podcasts

The Short Version - Bug fixes for not being able to switch shows, ui-blocking loading screens and icons, changes to local storage for improved memory of playback position. - Push Notifications: If you allow push notifications, you'll get a simple reminder to your device when a live show is starting. - Some UI changes for handling dynamic show and episode titles and descriptions without being screen-space hogs. The Long Version Fixes - The playback logic has been almost entirely rewritten to fix not being able to switch shows, better distinguish between live shows and archives, and more. - Changed how playback position is remembered in the app to better handle starting an archive where you left off rather than having to start from the beginning. - There were lots of places where a loading icon would block the screen and cause you to not be able to access any buttons. Those are mostly gone, and other places where they might have been necessary have been replaced with non-blocking alternatives. - Fixed some bugs with downloads and favorites not being consistently saved or appearing in their respective pages. - App ships with icons packaged in instead of requesting them from the internet to avoid funny looking icons appearing when they aren't available. Changes - The main archives pages has some visual changes to better handle dynamic titles and descriptions that were hard coded in before. - Updated archive download progress from a boxy number percentage to a clean progress bar that appears under the download icon instead. - If you allow push notifications, you'll receive a reminder to your device when a live show starts playing. - When a live show is playing, you'll be notified on app startup now at the bottom of the screen with the option to start streaming right from there instead of having to go to the live page. - Added App Exclusive Pods and Hockey Pods to the main archives page. They're still on their own page in the sidebar for now as well. - Favorites and download buttons are now accessible on all pages. They weren't always available on the favorite and download pages themselves before. - Some visual changes to the live page to better handle dynamic descriptions of varying lengths. - Search results will now show you how many results there actually are. - The Sponsor page “double tap to copy code” notification now only shows up the first time you ever open that page. - Updated any and all internal libraries as necessary.

You won't see anything noticeable in this update, we just needed to change an internal key in a config file.

** The main reason for this update is to fix users being stuck on prepping gates. ** This is not a major release, which will come sometime soonish. The Important Stuff - Fixed being stuck on “Prepping gates”, the gates are sufficiently prepped for 3 lifetimes. - CodePush integration allowing for more frequent, easier to release app updates. You’ll see them download automatically when they’re available on app startup. The Less Important Stuff - Fixed pause/play button not working on lock screen/control center during live shows. - Changed the way show feeds are requested (The old way was the cause of the prepping gates issue. Now we use JSON instead of XML).

- Critical update to allow the address of live shows to be dynamic. Live streams may not work without this update. - Live show schedule now shows times based on your time zone - May or may not fix a blank grey archives screen for some users Note: This is not a major update to fix some playback issues, which will come soon.

This update fixes a bug that caused the app to crash when trying to play app exclusive podcasts.

Search on main archives page will include results from all podcasts, search on individual podcast feed will include results only from that pod. - Improved: Seek slider is again smoother than before, making time scrubbing much easier. - Improved: Local storage remembers your progress better than before. - Improved: Smoother animations by utilizing GPU where possible - Improved: Live show screen now includes an info icon, allowing show info to be shown on demand to improve layout.
