CEFCU Mobile Banking allows CEFCU Members and Business Members to log into their accounts using the same login ID and password as CEFCU On-Line Banking.
Or, sign up using your 7 or less base/primary account number, last 4 of your Social Security Number, and date of birth.

Horrible
Hard to navigate, I can't even find when my payment is due. Only shows my transactions. Worst app ever.
Update response: I do know how to look in the app. It tells me what day the payment is due each month. But doesn't tell enough information. It's not showing like a "bill". It needs to show when a payment is posted and the balance afterwards. It shows when made payments, but not showing me what month the payment went towards. (I hope this makes sense)

Works well
App has slowly improved and does the main things I need to do.
The remote deposit endorsement requirement is problematic because sometimes the check is not accepted by the CEFCU app. If this happens then the check cannot be deposited elsewhere.
It would be better if it could use faceID.

Truly impressive for the service
Normally I wouldn’t leave a rating on any app outside of a video game, but this app surprised me! I wasn’t expecting my local credit union to have a banking app, let alone a more than decent one! With the refreshed design, it’s something I can quickly check in on without having to push more than a few buttons, and if I do have to push a few buttons, I never feel frustrated by the UI

Poor UI Update
I’ve used the app for many years and appreciated the ability to see all of my accounts quickly in a vertical list on my home screen.
This has been done away with in the most recent update that overhauled the Home screen. You can only view your accounts in a horizontal list that requires multiple swipes with only one account visible at a time. In order to see all accounts like before, it requires an extra button press and a few seconds of UI loading. Even still, the new design of this “All Accounts” page is not very compact, and each account takes up more screen real-estate without showing an

Doesn’t work 99% of the time.
It used to be a normal app but the last year i noticed every single time i try to open the app to check my balance or anything i log in and it gets stuck in the loading screen and it never loads. I just want the app to be a normal app it’s stressful when i can’t even check my account balance because the app isn’t working. PLEASE FIX THE APP ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR WAY TOO LONG!

Lacks quick one click features found in the basic of apps today. While impressive content, it lacks string interest development. For example, I check my used car balance regularly and never once did I get notified that rates are up or down, offers of referral gifts (my daughter was declined a used car loan over your lack breath of working with internet car business Slide, so she was told - so I paid off my loan in a month and am moving on), or and insurance options or affiliations. Overall, a Nice App
The CEFCU app is easy to learn and use. My primary complaint is that recurring transfers that I set up aren’t shown in the list of recurring transfers. Only the recurring transfers set up by CEFCU are listed there. I have to comb through the activity to find the ones I set up.

Fraud alert
Setting fraud alert at high levels without advising the customer is an embarrassing practice. My credit card is constantly blocked for what is called suspicious activity when I am out and about in my community I am constantly calling fraud department to advise them of attempts I make to purchase items. I have been with Cefcu for almost a decade I would give you 5 star but unable to due to your suspicious fraud policy that is flawed. At least when it comes to me.
