You can now track your sessions spent in your COLDTUB™ and monitor your heart rate through the use of the companion Apple Watch app.
Before entering your tub, it is possible to start a log for the session you plan to take. You can enter in your tub model, the temperature of the water, and how long the session will be.
Tapping start initiates a countdown, and a notification will alert you upon the session's completion. Any heart rate data tracked during a session will be included in the stored log so you can see trends of how the body responded to the session. The logs of all your sessions are now available from the main page, as well as a suite of weekly stats for the sessions you have recorded.

You can now track your plunges spent in your ColdTub™ and monitor your heart rate over the course of a session. Before entering your tub, it is possible to start a log of the session you plan to take. You can enter in your tub model, the temperature of the water, and how long you plan for the session to be. Clicking start will begin a countdown and when the countdown finishes, a notification will alert you to the completion of your plunge.
If the user has an Apple Watch connected to their phone, heart rate data can be tracked from over the course of the session and included in the log so you can see how your plunge affected your heart rate. A log of all your plunges is now available from the main page, as well as a suite of weekly stats for the sessions you have recorded.
