We're supper excited to roll out a new feature, meeting room requests! In all of the cities that we have coworking spaces we now also offer meeting room bookings! Organise a team meeting or a proper event by finding the perfect room through our app.

Our new feature “Private Offices” is out! Use our intuitive dashboard to privately manage your company’s own office use. Our newest feature provides an overview of your staff’s access to our network as well as desks and meeting rooms in your own office premises. Gather data, track usage and get the whole picture on employee remote work practices and preferences to improve your remote and hybrid working policies.

You are now able to add any space to the list of your favorites and access them with a single button tap. Furthermore, we've improved the search experience to make it even easier to find jus the right space! As always, this release contains bug fixes and stability improvements.

Hello OneCoworkers! We appreciate the amazing feedback you have provided for us for the new app! In this weeks update we made some dark mode improvements, resolved location issues some users have reported, added an "available seats" indicator for each space and an option to center your location on map!

We've been listening closely to your comments and in the latest version we've added few of the most requested ones! - Latest version will allow you to see checkins count for all your .vouchers - We Improved UI of the map giving a more modern look - We Added filters for the map! You know have an overview of the spaces in your area and filters allowing you to find just a perfect space! - Small UX improvements across the app - Bug and crash fixes

- We improved the navigation of the application. Find all your relevant checkin details, purchase or upgrade plans, manage your profile all from a single point in the app! - Introducing QR Checkins through the app! So far you were able to checkin using a third party scanner, but we're not introducing in-app QR Checkin functionality. You can checkin to a space with just a single tap on a button. Look for QR Codes in the designated spaces or ask your community manager for more details!

We simplified the checkin flow and fixed some minor bugs

*** PAID PLANS ARE FINALLY COMING TO ONE COWORKING *** We've been working hard in the past few weeks and we're finally releasing our Paid Plan options. If you're from Berlin, we offer three options and you still get to keep all your vouchers and memberships. More cities will be on-boarded in the following days and we're working hard on providing country wide passes as well.

Issue with checkin not working and membership verification has been resolved.

FOR USERS: - We have fully integrated Office R&D into our system, so if you are a member of a space who uses Office R&D as their management system, verify your account and get free checkins every month - We are introducing a new form of checkins - VOUCHERS! Ask your space manager if they have any available and roam freely across entire Europe! - We now support MULTIPLE memberships from MULTIPLE accounts from MULTIPLE provides!! You can verify as many memberships from different spaces as you wish. - We introduced a new section in the app settings which allows you easily manage all your checkin options: Vouchers, Memberships and Plans (coming soon). - You will LOVE our new simplified checkin flow, with less clicks, friendly instructions and error messages in case something goes wrong. - We fixed occasional crashes on space list view on "pull down to refresh" action and during checkin on space details FOR SPACE MANAGERS: - If your space is not integrated with one of the providers we currently support, we developed a special form of vouchers which will allow your members to roam to other spaces but also limit guest members from spending too much time at your space! - For spaces which integrate Cobot or Office R&D we developed a special system which will allow better control of the roaming, allowing the spaces to create special deals with their most important business partners.
