NexgenRx’s Mobile App allows plan members to review and submit their benefit claims from the convenience of their mobile device. Submitting a claim will be adjudicated in real-time giving the plan member instant notification of their claim status. Claims history, plan and member information can be reviewed and updated in real-time.
