We've made several enhancements to the Package Scanner to improve accuracy and ease of use. On the backend, we've optimized how scanned images are processed to improve recipient recognition. On the mobile app, the scanning flow now includes clearer onboarding guidance on how to position and capture the label, and will alert you in real time if the image is too dark — helping you avoid failed scans before they happen. We've also refreshed the manual entry screen for a cleaner experience.

We’ve rolled out a major update to Visitor Parking to make managing visitors easier and more flexible: - Mobile Payments for Visitor Parking: Residents can now pay for visitor parking directly in the mobile app (for communities with paid parking enabled). - Reuse Past Visitors: Quickly select from a list of previously registered visitors to save time when creating new parking passes. - Arrival Time Selection: You can now specify a visitor’s arrival time using the new Visitor Arrival Time field. - Refreshed UI: Enjoy a cleaner, more consistent Visitor Parking experience. Update now to take advantage of these improvements!

Minor Bug Fixes

You can now set up recurring payments with flexible schedules, including monthly, every 3 months, quarterly, and yearly. This feature is available for communities using Embedded Payments. Depending on your workspace configuration, payments can be made via credit card or verified bank account. Screen sharing during live proxy voting sessions has been fixed.

Staff members can now vote on architectural change requests directly from the mobile app.

New Feature: Guest Passes! Owners can now easily purchase and issue single-use guest passes directly from the app. Each pass includes a QR code that can be quickly scanned by security for smooth and secure access.
