Description
Baby Sleep Coach is the app that helps babies and their parents to get at good night´s sleep! The app helps parents to establish a consistent bedtime routine. As a result the whole family will get more sleep!
• Using Baby Sleep Coach is easy as 1-2-3. In an instant you will have access to a baby bedtime routine and tools that will, if you follow it strict, help your baby fall asleep and sleep through the night in a couple of weeks!
NOTE: Baby Sleep Coach is designed for healthy 5-18 month old babies (after adjusting for prematurity).
The Baby Sleep Coach app includes:
• Coach: A function that will teach you the basics about baby sleep and provide you with a proven bedtime routine
• Start: The unique bedtime tool with step-by-step advice to walk you through the routine every night
• My baby: A Sleep Log to track baby's sleep sessions and milestones to share with others caring for your baby.
• Bedtime routine reminders.
We continuously work to improve the app to create a better sleep tool for parents.
