OTC app is a user-friendly mobile application which provides relevant information about the various training courses offered by Operations Training Center, DP World, UAE Region. The Visitors and Third Party Truck drivers can enroll themselves for the Safety Induction Course without any hassle through this. The app features live capture of training feedback which increases the fidelity of customer satisfaction results. The training timing, venue and other details are forwarded to the user’s email upon registration. • Training feedback: The trainees are given the option to rate and comment on the training by the end of the course.
