Using modern-world technology, DriveSense provides you with simple information about your driving habits so you can see how you might improve your driving wellness. Simply download and activate the app using your mobile phone number and email address. The app will automatically track your trips. After a trip you will see: • Detailed trip information (location, time of day, duration of trip, driving habits) • Real-time feedback on specific driving risks like speeding and sudden braking • Mode of transportation prediction (car, boat, train, etc.) After about 25 trips you will see: • Your personal driving wellness meter • Weekly recap of risky events Bonus for most Esurance policyholders; those who enroll in the DriveSense program get a personalized, safe-driving discount on their auto coverage. Finally, a highly requested feature is here: recognizing other modes of transportation! DriveSense can tell if you’re riding in a train, boat, bus, etc. Non-driving trips will be logged, but won’t impact your Driving Wellness. If the system gets it wrong, you can edit the trip details and help improve this function even more. Take it for a spin!
