On the main page, click on the button "create" to add your program and give it a name (for example, “Push Pull Legs”) 2. Add training days to the workout program, one at a time 3. Add exercises to each training day, selecting a muscle group and setting weights, number of repetitions, sets and rest duration. 4. Workout with GymJoy and achieve great results in the gym ;-)
