Myworkout GO for Business is a program that helps employees become healthier, fitter, and more productive—improving their quality of life while creating a more engaged working environment. Achieve greater returns with shorter workouts using the scientifically proven Myworkout approach. 2 X 16 HIT MINUTES IS ALL IT TAKES As long as you have a pair of running shoes and a smartphone, you can achieve all of the following by sacrificing as little as 16 high-intensity minutes of your time, twice a week, for you to reclaim control of your own health and well-being. Rejuvenate your biological age, and feel more energized and upbeat. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PROGRESS EVERYWHERE No special equipment is needed to get started with and enjoy Myworkout—all you need is a smartphone. However, if you already use wearables, you can connect your favorite wearable device, whether it's an Apple Watch, Apple Health, Fitbit, Polar, or Garmin, to take full advantage of cross-device functionality. Access your profile on any compatible device to check in on your progress and goals. JOIN ACTIVITY CAMPAIGNS WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES OR FRIENDS In order to be as fun and rewarding as possible, Myworkout GO for Business offers activity contests and personal challenges. These activity campaigns, which can be hosted by employers, are a great way for businesses to engage and motivate their colleagues, featuring leaderboards and weekly challenges. Having been pioneering advocates for cardiovascular research in the past 30 years, we stand as a guarantor of measurable health outcomes. At its core, our app is about helping people reclaim control of their own health. But we don't just stop there - we take things to the next level by introducing you to biological age and VO2max. VO2max is the paramount health indicator and research indicates that a sedentary lifestyle results in decreased VO2max. With our app, you'll be able to calculate your VO2max and therefore your biological age with high accuracy and track your progress using our research-backed Norwegian 4x4 method. So what are you waiting for? Go get your running shoes while the app is downloading and take the first step of the journey to reclaiming control of your own health! NOTES Guided Norwegian 4x4 workouts require Premium access, either through your employer or an eligible trial/subscription. A monthly recurring premium subscription for Myworkout GO is required to access premium features. This can either be arranged by your employer or purchased as an in-app subscription after registering an account. The subscription will automatically renew each month and be charged through your app store account unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time in your app store account settings. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. If you are eligible for a free trial, payment will be charged to your app store account once the trial expires. If you are not eligible, payment will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. The app uses your phone's GPS to track your position during use. Continued usage of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. What is new • Cooldown extension is back You can once again add extra time to your cooldown directly during the workout with the "+60 sec" button. • Custom cooldown duration You can now choose your default cooldown length for all 4x4 workouts. Go to Profile > Activity Settings > Cooldown duration and set what fits you best. • Smarter active breaks Active breaks can now be extended up to 6 minutes maximum. This keeps the workout aligned with the 4x4 protocol and helps prevent your heart rate from dropping too low between intervals. • More accurate stage visuals Workout stage indicators now resize correctly when you extend or skip warmup, active break, or cooldown to better match what is actually happening. • Heart rate announcements fixed Heart rate is no longer announced twice at the start of each stage. Keep the feedback coming. Many of these fixes and improvements came directly from your suggestions and it really helps us shape the app.
