We've made Huuuge performance optimizations to the physics engine that have allowed us to reduce shooting times on higher levels:
1. From Level 500+ Quick Shot is enabled. When Quick Shot is enabled shooting speed is doubled (2x number of balls/s). If you don't like it, Quick Shot can be disabled in Settings.
2. From Level 1500+ Fast Foward speed is doubled from default 3x to 6x.
