Great meals
I love the concept of this app because it’s not forcing you to get a subscription and you get freebies. I was able to do a one time order and got my food delivered quickly. The food is great and I’m excited to see how this goes! It’s cheaper buying meals than it is buying groceries honestly! I’m going to try the one time order for the first month and after that I’m going to get the subscription.

Numerous bugs and errors
I’ve used Snap for years and their system is CONSTANTLY down or lagging. Both in app and online. I’ve had to call to adjust things many times because the app wasn’t working the way it should. I’ve had meal plans re ordered that I didn’t want and I’ve had to completely cancel my snap pass and re enroll to make small changes such as delivery time or to change a meal.

App Update is Awful
For several years I used this app and it was absolutely wonderful. They completely updated the app with a new UI at the beginning of the year and now it's practically unusable. When I update my meals for my snap pass it incorrectly shows me orders for the previous weeks. Other times it just shows me down right wrong information. Multiple times now my order for the week has been incorrect and I'm unable to change it or edit it correctly in the app. It's so bad that I'm considering canceling my weekly subscription with Snap Kitchen.

Refuses to let me create an account
The submit button does nothing. I’ve tried creating an account half a dozen times, and it does nothing. What kind of app doesn’t have a functioning submit button to create an account??? Seriously, get your sht together. Even if you get it working, I don’t know if we’ll ever try to sign up for this service again, because so far it is a colossal failure of even the most basic functionality. If we can’t trust you with a single button, how are we supposed to trust you with our food?

Pleas for the love of all that is holy fix your app UI. It’s impossible to navigate (at least on iPhone) and makes me want to scream. I love Snap Kitchen but I’ve straight up abandoned ordering due to the sheer impossible task of trying to do anything on this app.
Looking at other reviews this is not a new issue.

Former Happy Customer
Have used snap kitchen in the past and was always happy. Meal were delicious, nutritious, arrived cold if not frozen, with enough cold packs that it could sit for 24 hours or more and still be 100% safe. (Occasionally one or two would be broken from transport)
Now I’ve moved and wanted to try them again. Day of delivery I checked multiple times to see if delivered. Finally at 7pm I figured it wasn’t going to be so had to go get dinner somewhere else vs eat my snap meal.
Package was delivered sometime after 7pm on day of delivery, by the next morning when I had time to go pick up my package

Horrible to interact with!
They have place return button and other functions in the same place that Apple OS functions are, making it a requirement to fully kill the all and reopen and navigate back to what you were trying to get to.
Feedback has been submitted directly to Snap Kitchen but them appear uninterested in fixing their mess. Just horrible, I dread when I need to use this.

Snap is great, app has a major bug
Snap Kitchen is great. Food is delicious, easy to prepare and nutritious.
The app however has a major bug. The app’s back arrow as a navigation control is not functional. I use an iPhone 14 Pro and the back arrow displays behind the iOS clock in the upper left of the screen. Touching the arrow isn’t recognized. So the only way to navigate back is to close out of the app and reopen. Very frustrating.
Hope they fix this bug so I can up my rating to a 5, where it would be otherwise.

Can’t even use app
I don’t think I’ve ever encountered this many issues trying to give a service my money lol. This app is so buggy I can’t use it. I’m trying to sign up to have meals delivered and nothing in the app seems to work to allow this to happen.
First off, on my iPhone 14 pro, the app has elements stuck behind the dynamic island, including navigation links. So you can’t click on the links hidden back there at all.
Other navigation elements simply don’t work, such as the “back” arrow. So I constantly get stuck and have to close and restart the app.
But the worst part is it simply won’t let me sign

well designed and built however, i switched to a 14pro and the main functionality at the top of the application (back button, menu and search) overlaps the status bar and im unable to select any of those items). ie: if i select 'lunch and dinner' i have to close and reopen the app to get back to the home screen. additionally if i use search to get to your app it takes me back to search. will you be updating this issue soon i hope? thanks :)

Can’t log in
I love Snap Kitchen, and I use my web browser to order food. I figured out they have an app and decided to download. I can’t seem to login. I know I’m using the right password because I can still log in through the browser.
UPDATE:
I left snap kitchen for a few months due to budget constraints. Now that I have returned, I’ve tried using the apps again. I can log in now, but I was unable to restart my subscription and order anything in the app. Looks like I’ll continue to use the browser.

The company has terrible customer service. They refuse to refund me when the delivery company messed up and lost my order but they marked it as delivered on their system. If they can’t trust their customers word then they will never scale. Anyways, this company is pathetic the way they handled my case.
