- You know what's worse than getting an error message? Not getting an error message. Trying to check in? Check-in button not working? That happened when your app permissions weren't on. Don't worry; now if you have camera or location permissions off, we will let you know so it doesn't look like you can't check-in. - The iOS 17 update broke our bookings tab! We have updated our app so it should work now.

We updated the way you upload photos to your profile!

NEW FEATURE: Now you can be specific on which shifts you can work on Recruit jobs at the time you apply. What a time saver!

Small updates

Payment for Recruit jobs happen within the app. We stopped requiring adding a bank account to apply to jobs, however, this led to many delays in payment for people who didn't realize they didn't have a bank account linked to their accounts. We are now showing if you do not have a bank account linked at the time you are booked.

Some of you may have has some issues sending messages. The keyboard was covering your message box! Not to worry though, we have fixed it in this latest version.

We've made is easier than ever to see real time chats. You will now receive an SMS text with chats from your PopBookings account. Click a link to open the app to respond!

With this release, we adjusted who can join Recruit and how. We also made an option to do a hard delete option of your talent profile if you wish to do so. This makes it disappear forever unless you join us again in the future. Our chat also got a MAJOR facelift.

With this release, we have made it even easier to apply to Recruit jobs! Before, you needed to input your bank info before you could apply to jobs. Now you can input that information later. (Don't forget though, we pay 2 days after you work if you have that information on your account!)

There was an issue when trying to read job descriptions, we fixed it! We also fixed some issues with reports and documents not displaying correctly.

We received some reports of people not being able to add their bank account, this has been fixed. Some other bug and crash fixes.

What's new: Now you can add your social media following to get more types of jobs on PopBookings! We've added the ability to click links in a message thread for better communication! We made some tweaks for a better experience in dark mode.

What's new: Video chat with your agency! In a time where video conferencing is the norm, we added features to allow you to meet face-to-face with your agency. Look for the phone icon when you have a chat thread open. We have updated the "unread" message and "new" jobs indicators on the app. These are now real-time so you can see activity happening without having to refresh the page. See when someone is typing in a chat thread. Instead of wondering if your agency is on the other side of your chat thread, you can see when they are online and typing within the thread!

What's new: Big improvements to overall performance. We've sped things up, fixed some loading issues, and made the app easier to use! Fixes: Job board date filter wasn't working properly and has been fixed. When you tried to open an agency's website from the app, it wasn't working. This has been fixed as well. Misc. bug fixes and tweaks.

It’s time to put your ratings to use. With this update, we have added a response rate and overall rating to your profile. High ratings put you at the front of the line! Respond to messages, invites, confirmations, and check-ins to boost your response rating. Your overall rating is given by your agency after working a job. The closer you are to 5 stars, the higher your profile is ranked! You can find these ratings under your profile by clicking on the menu icon.

This version focuses on fixes for a couple of annoying issues with the app: - The big one is reports of "endless loading" by some users when trying to access the details of a job or logging in after being logged out. This has been fixed. - Certain phones limited the ability to scroll all the way down when filling out an event report. Don't worry, your agency knows it's not you, and we have fixed the issue! - Certain pages were causing "longer than usual" loading times when applying for jobs. We have redirected a couple of these pages and made the application process smoother and more user friendly. - A few other misc bug fixes and tweaks.

This release is all about a large number of fixes for some frustrating bugs. Fixes: Documents weren't loading properly when trying to access them from your job details page. This has been fixed. Fixed an annoying bug that would cause some event reports to automatically scroll to the bottom on some phones. The messages icon was showing an "unread" indicator on one of the tabs in the app, and causing some confusion. Fixed a word wrapping display issue on the questions agencies ask when applying to join their internal roster. A quality of life fix when adding/deleting your skills. The loading icon would sometimes "stick" on the menu slideout after it had loaded. This has been fixed. Some users were experiencing an empty job board after clicking the push notification about new jobs. This has been fixed. Other minor bug fixes/tweaks.

What’s new: - When you receive a notification about a new job invite, clicking the notification will show you the exact job you were invited to instead of searching around for it on your job board. - Sending a cover letter is now easier, and smoother. We have added some helpful tips to give you ideas on how to make your cover letters great! - Refreshing on different pages was wonky for some users. We have made this work smoothly throughout the app. - Other bug fixes & tweaks

NEW: See what’s new easier in the app. Tapping a push notification will open the job board to show what’s new. NEW: better in-app notifications let you know where you need attention. NEW: More details show on the payments tab for any payouts you have received. Other minor bug fixes.
