8.6.3 — Port velocity rewrite + Cone Area overhaul • Accurate peak port velocity at tuning frequency — full Thiele-Small alignment math that accounts for Helmholtz resonance. Auto-tiers based on the driver parameters you provide. • Optional Re, BL, Mms, and Power-per-sub fields unlock power-exact port velocity at any wattage, with a warning if power would exceed the cone's safe maximum. • Unified Cone Area Calculator — compare up to six setups side by side, add or remove sets on the fly, sortable comparison bars. • Round or Square cone shape per set — L7-style square subs now supported. • Smarter "port too long" guidance shows the max length your geometry can fit and which box dimension is the bottleneck. • Expanded FAQs covering port velocity, motor parameters, end correction, and Xmax-limited power. • Numeric inputs now auto-select their zero default — typing replaces it cleanly. • Various reliability improvements.

Square sub cutouts with adjustable corner radius on every box calculator. New aero port 3D rendering — pick flared or tube, place the port on the front, top, left, or right wall, and slide it externally through the wall. Plus a fix for users who had trouble getting past the updated Terms of Service.

8.5.5 — Save Details Your saved box designs just got way more useful. You can now tag any save with: — The subwoofer it's built for (autocomplete from the sub database, or type your own) — RMS power per sub — Target use: SPL, SQ, Daily, Custom — pick one or stack them — Build notes — Up to 4 photos (Pro) When you pick a sub from the database, loading that design later pre-fills the calculator with its T/S parameters and tuning recommendations. No more guessing which sub you built that box for six months ago. Plus profile bios, an option to keep photo uploads on Wi-Fi only, and various improvements throughout.

8.5.4 makes the subwoofer database actually useful. Pick a sub, tap "Build a Box", and your slot, aero, sealed, or wedge calculator pre-fills with displacement, T/S parameters, mounting depth, and the manufacturer's recommended tuning.
