This version of iManage Work Mobility for iOS has been designed to address a wider set of professionals who use mobile devices for many of their key tasks. 1. Many new commands available: Paralegals, associates and other legal admin staff can use iManage Work Mobility for iOS to tackle more of their daily tasks. Edit document properties or security, rename files, upload new versions and much more using iManage Work Mobility for iOS. 2. Easily transition from desktop to mobile: It can be frustrating when you switch from your primary desktop application to a mobile app only to discover that it behaves differently and requires you to think differently. Having to re-focus your mind when switching between devices slows you down when you need to be as productive as possible. If you're familiar with Work 10 on your desktop, then iManage Work Mobility for iOS is a natural extension to help you when you're on the go. Some features that we have built into the new app to address this are: • Search improvements: Searching has never been easier. The search results you get in the mobile app are the same as what you see on the desktop. In your search forms, you control the fields you see and the order in which they appear; your changes remain in the app so that you always see the search form set up how you like it. We even save your last 10 recent searches so you can easily repeat or tweak a previous search. • Split view for iPads: The new layout uses the same document list pane/details pane model that is present in Work 10 on the desktop. Do you prefer to always see the Versions tab instead of the Properties tab? Don’t worry, Versions will always be pre-selected for you after you choose it the first time. While iPhones do not have the same real estate as iPads, the experience is just as rich and fully capable. • Sorting and filtering: Work 10 Mobility for iOS now offers richer sorting and filtering capabilities so that you can easily see your files in a way that makes sense to you. 3. Improved experience designed specifically for mobile: The new app supports many native iOS capabilities that you're already familiar with, such as: • The app automatically switches to Dark Mode based on the system’s appearance setting. • The app adjusts the font size based on the Dynamic Type system setting. • Swipe actions reveal the most common commands for fast access. • Advanced drag/drop capabilities within the app allow you to quickly perform advanced jobs like relating documents. • Display two instances of the iManage app side-by-side on the iPad to quickly compare documents.
